Red Dot Magnifier: Do I need one with internal azimuth and elevation adjustments?

I am buying a red dot magnifier for my Primary Arms(PA) red dot.

I have been looking at the PA 5X red dot magnifier, but wondered if I would be happier with the PA 3X "Deluxe" red dot magnifier with internal azimuth and elevation adjustments to center the dot.

Is the internal azimuth and elevation adjustment worth the reduction in magnification?
