Folks, this is bad stuff.

From what I can glean from the interwebs, the shooter was one of these weird types that believe that the gubmint was listening to his thoughts.

Let's watch how this is spun in the next few days. Guns are bad, the tea party is responsible, Sara Palin or George Bush is responsible, blah blah.

My prayers are for the killed and wounded, regardless of politics.

Probably have memorial legislation criminalizing this sort of thing that'll give some standard even more vague than "incitement"... said law being promptly used against legitimate protesters. Can't pass up any opportunity to expand government power, after all.
