Well I have a EIG Model E13 .22LR Six Shot Single Action. First if anyone has information about this gun Id love to hear it.

No the problem. My son was shooting it the other day and something snapped. Now then you pull the hammer back the cylinder carrel moves and everything hangs and the trigger isnt working properly anymore either it seems like it wiggle back front to back now.

I have not opened it up to see whats going on yet, BUT if something did break.. is there anywhere anyone knows of to get parts for it ????

Thanks,

J

The EIG 6 shot single action 22 I'm familiar with was made in Italy and imported in the late 50's-early sixties. A quick search of gunpartscorp shows no parts available. Even if parts were available, if it is the gun I'm thinking about, the parts and labor would cost significantly more than the repaired gun would be worth. They were cheaply made and sold. Might be time to upgrade.

I have already upgraded. But its value to my son is not monetary. This was my dads gun and it is now my sons gun, and thats why I want to try and get it fixed.

So maybe if I hit some gun shows i can find something.

I do know I have the gunpartscorp catalog and it shows a RG Industries Model RG 63 which appears to be the identical gun but with RG logo instead of the Buffalo logo on the grips.

Now from what I understand, EIG was only an importer and other companies made this gun and EIG put their name on.
