Didn't know they made em' in stainless but even standard versions would be worth $400 if not a bit more. Very well made 1911a1 style pistol with an excellent forged frame.

found it at usa pawn here in maryville. i have bought there before, they seem to have good prices on guns and a pretty good selection. also they have nine month layaway with no extra charges. i have never gone over three months before, but might be nice if the money was tight

The Norinco 1911A1, when imported, was a crudely finished gun with very hard steel. In light of what's on the market today in that price range, it is indeed a well made gun with all forged and toolsteel parts. It makes a good base for customization. However, as is, with a little bit of polishing on the sear and hammer hooks, it makes a great shooter.

The sights are on the small side but usable and the ejection port has been lowered.

I have not ever encountered a stainless Nork. If it is indeed stainless, you have a rare bird.
