  1. There are probably 5 other shooters in your area that wont be able to find ammo today. Did you really need 600 rounds yourself?
  2. I load all my round nose bullets ( 200gr,230gr,250gr ) jacketed or not to 1.250" and have not had any feeding problems.
  3. If you look at the pics in the original article, it is easy to see that this is societies fault. These fine young men have obviously been discriminated against and oppressed. Ya Right!

    Newbie AR build

I ordered my last kit from this outfit and have been very happy with it.http://www.model1sales.com/ Where ever you shop for an upper be sure that the bolt carrier and bolt are included or you will end up spending another 125.00 to finish your rifle.
  5. I think some of the people here have lost site of the principal involved. The cheering and clapping may be only impolite and rude and not an offense, the willful disregard of well known and posted rules constitutes a more serious act. This is not a good example for parents and friends to display in front of young people.
  6. I would tend to agree with the Rabbi. The decline in politeness, common sense, and respect for others should not go unpunished any longer. The " Me and Mine " generation has made most public functions and events not very enjoyable for others. Of course my mother told me I was getting to be an old grouch 40 years ago.
  7. Ted Kennedy is a walking talking example of why there should be term limits. That being said, I feel for him and his family.

    Hobson Pike Range?

I am not sure but $2.00/week sounds reaonable to me.
  9. There isn't any reason not to buy factory reloaded ammo. The major commercial reloaders have better QC than some of the new ammo manufacturers. The oposite is true of using reloads produced by an individual, I have reloaded for my own use for 30 years but would never shoot ammo that somebody else reloaded at home.

    norinco 1911a1

I did see a stainless Norinco 1911 years ago and the same shooter had a stainless Norinco copy of the Tokarov. I had asked him where he bought them from but can't remember now. I think you got an excellent buy.
  11. I have sold a few of those with no blueing left and had no trouble getting 200. Also they are excellent trading material. I would fix and keep it myself if I were you or fix and then sell.
  12. I am not going to say witch two or three of those could have been taken at my place.
  13. I believe it was the " esteemed " L. Miller of Memphis.
  14. If anybody is loading for the Swede Mauser in 6.5mm, I have some cast moly coated bullets that they could have to try and also some jacketed spirepoints. Just send me a message and I'll get back to you.

    CZ 75 D PCR

I haven't handled the cz75D yet but my cz75 no letter and my cz75B have never given even a hint of trouble in several thousand rounds each. They are very easy for a 1911 shooter to get used to and very accurate out of the box.

    Which 9mm to buy?

    +1 what Mikey said.
  17. I have 2 of them and they both will handle any ammo I try in them. I think the fit and finish of the Charles Daly's is equal to any of the other 1911 pistols I have owned over the past 40 some years.

    Which 9mm to buy?

Cromed Lorcin in 380 not 9mm.
  19. We will pray and hope everything went well today Mikey.
