22 mag & 17HMR Scope (what to get)

Im about to buy a Savage 93BTVS with a thumb-hole stock & bull barrel (22mag) and a Marlin XT-17VSLB thumb-hole & bull barrel (17HMR) . Im trying to decide what kind of scope to put on them. I dont want a scope thats gonna cost more than the gun. So that being said price range $350 or less. Im gonna be hunting with it and may try and set it up for night hunting as well. That will come later tho. So what brand and power of scope would yall recommend?
