Great help at nearby dealer

For the past few years I had not been a big fan of the Coal Creek Armory. It just always seems like they were too busy to answer questions or help with problems. Well last night while I was impatiently assembling my new lower receiver, I lost the pivot pin detent somewhere in my workshop. Not wanting to wait for shipping, I decided to stop by their new location between Kingston and Oak Ridge. (CCR Outpost) They not only had the part they even gave it to me. I appreciated it very much and bought several other items while I was there. I know it's a cheap part but I thought it was very nice of the staff members who helped me. I plan on doing a little more of my buisness there in the future.

I've never been there, but I've been to the one off Lovell in Knoxville, and it was not bad for as busy as they were. I've read some not-so-good things about them in the past and it's good to hear that maybe things have improved. We need more friendly and serviceable gun shops in TN.
