how to change title above avatar?

ive looked in the edit my profile settings and all that, and im probably just overlooking it, but how do you change the title/description above your avatar? Mine has said "TGO Newcomer" since 2009. Im sure its easy, and trust me I did look for it for how to do it for awhile lol. Thanks

*edit- Also I couldve swore like 2 or 3 weeks ago I had at least 200 active posts, and now its saying Im back down to 178? How do active posts disappear? or do they? Idk maybe im going nuts. Edited by reed1285
