DaveTN and I went off yonder and put some holes in some targets. Dave is a good guy with some really fine weapons (he didn't offer to give me his garand though. It is one of the sweatest rifles I've ever seen. Nice guy, that Dave, I really look forward to next time...

Felt outnumbered, though, forgot to load my box of .308 match for my M1A1 and Dave had his Panther and we ran into Mugster and his friend, both with Panthers... Here I was with a great gun and no ammo... and I shoulda brought the Armalite... Had I known it was going to be such a shoot fest.... I'd have not left the box of .308 Match by the front door...
