This is my nephew (6yo) and his first shoot. This was my BB gun, Red Ryder Special Edition, from my when I was just a bit younger than him. Took a little while but finally got basic safety down with him, keeping gun pointed down not flagging and putting the safety back on after every shot. I just had to share the grin he had after his first shot. :)

That's cool teach them young . Now to take him fishing .

I'd absolutely love to but I can't fish in the summer. Can't sweat anymore so heat stroke is a real threat for me. I do however plan to have him back up here around Christmas so I may just have do that.
