New Dehydrator

My wife suprised me with this monster Cabelas Commercial dehydrator for Christmas:



We don't usually do expensive presents for each other but she got it a while back on a real good sale and just wanted to suprise me. This thing's ridiculous, it's about the size of an oven and I have no idea where I'm going to put it. She said we could swap it if it's too big but it's so much more awesome than anything my cheap azz would have ever bought that there ain't no way in hell I'm getting rid of it, lol!

I put 19lbs of ground jerky sticks in it Christmas night and it still had 4 empty racks.

There's no way I'd take something that awesome back to the store for something smaller. I guess you're just have to hunt more in order to fill it up!
