Turkey gear preferences

I killed my first turkey in 1987 and haven't cut em any slack since. Regretfully after many years of service and repairs it's time for a new vest.
Any suggestions from the crowd? Got one you like, tell me why. Dislike, why. If my next one lasts me 28 years I may not need another lol. (I can just use the basket on my hoverround to carry my gear at that point)
On a related subject, thinking of putting a red dot of some kind on my trusty turkey gun. Input?

I like Cabela's tactical tat'r. I have an older model and it has served me well. Cool enough to wear on warmer days.

I use a Burris FastFire sight and have for the last 3-4 years. I don't want to ever be without one on my turkey gun.
