Agricenter Memphis/Corn Maze

So I've just been informed by my wife that I'm taking the kids out to the Agricenter this evening to the Corn Maze/Pumpkin Patch. I think it's part of Shelby Farms, or is Shelby Farms just the area north of Walnut Grove.

Anyone know for sure?

I was there Saturday during the day, the corn canon is fun, think potato gun with an aircompressor hooked up! At night that thing would be nuts, especially if they are doing the haunted maze tonight, not sure. It was a lot of fun.

if the kids are young...the haunted maze may be a little much...scared the CRAP outta my kids last year (12 at the time, and 6)...

I'm not sure why this topic was moved. I guess I thought it was obvious that I was asking if the Agricenter was inside Shelby Farms because of the fact that we can't carry in parks. Oh well...

But any way, when I was looking today on the register of deeds GIS system, the property is part of the County of Shelby Penal Farm. The private businesses, DU, that tractor place, the landscaping places all appear to be on the park property as well. The only road that is not part of the park is Walnut Grove. The rest of the roads around the park are on the park property, including Farm Road. So if you take from Sycamore view to jump over to Walnut Grove, you enter into the park unless you go down Mullins Station... Some worthless info if you wanted to know. ;)

I'm sorry, it was not obvious to me, I am not from that area and do not know that Shelby Farms is a publicly owned park or that your intention was to find out if you could legally carry at the Agricenter or not.
