  1. Towerclimber....please reference your statement...I use amazon and actually like it (kind of like wal-mart online) but of course dont want to support pedophilia....sorry to go off topic.
  2. You can get a Firestorm for $399.00 they have gotten excellent reviews and come with quite a few extras the RIA is lacking. That being said I got a gently used Dan Wesson for ~$850.00 and its excellent (also has factory night sights). I didnt care to go the used route since I planned on it being a daily carry...which it is.
  3. You know on a Saiga 12 that would be the ultimate close combat tool
  4. While your at it you might want to think about replacing the wheel bearings and hub assembly since they probably suffered quite a bit of stress damage whilst you were riding on a rotor.
  5. Great link for ammo there when your needing some SD rounds. I personally liked the grip...one nice thing is the safety can be swapped for a righty or lefty....I think im starting to miss mine
  6. Haha yep...I carry about 99% of the time (1% for the restaurants and bars lol). I was packin my Dan Wesson .45 in my Comp-Tac M-tac IWB holster It really does conceal well doesnt it?
  7. Thanks for the info...now it makes sense to me
  8. The pistol is awesome...i had both it and the PS90...I hated the PS90. The pistol with 20rds weighs right under 2lbs (awesome)...has less recoil then most 9mm's (awesome), and is accurate some people claim to 100yds(I dunno bout that but 25yds was definitely dead on). I only sold mine because I was getting rid of a whole package. I think they are awesome pistols and yes before the past year $20 for 50rds was expensive...now thats right in line with most larger calibers thus the gun is no longer cost prohibitive to shoot lol. If you get one you will love it. Definitely the fastest firing/easiest to double tap pistol I have owned only beat out by my 1911 (that only holds 7+1). 3.5 out of 4 stars. :-D
  9. Great so I guess by this Paratrooper "gravity drop" knives are illegal too eh?
  10. You raise a great point!
  11. If you really need one I can probably find you one in knoxville
  12. I tend to keep the AOW in the trunk unloaded with 4 in the side saddle, the saiga 12 in the backseat with a 10rd mag next to me, and if im going to Wal-mart the Saiga .308 sits in the passenger seat...oh yeah...the .45 IWB..cant forget that one...and sometimes the .38 in the center armrest. Occasionally the bulletproof vest and gas mask ride in the trunk as well
  13. Thanks Drew...anyone else? I heard it was a lot like the new Rambo in terms of Gore and action (which to me is a good thing).
  14. lol not that old thing!
  15. So IGN says its a Turkey but good for the over the top violence laugh...I really wanna see it cause im a Punisher nut...any member reviews? (Punisher: WAR ZONE)
  16. I would think that a gun that small would be almost useless.
  17. Dude, what all qualifications do you have to pass to get one of those? Thats pretty damn cool...course I dont know how cool it will be when he gets older...
  18. That thing looks slick! That trigger guard is pretty trick too.
  19. Whoa whoa whoa there....I made my post whilst you were making yours...hence why it was not read. I have no evidence of either...I was only infering that the people mentioned were very "trigger happy psycho" if...and only IF what the media stated was true(which I assume it probably isnt). Of course even with proper screening theres always gonna be some bad apples.
  20. Yeah and I just bought an M60, but my cameras broke
  21. Being nothing but a fanboy and having absolutely no military experience I think for the pay that is given working for Blackwater would be a dandy job. However, I also think that maybe if the news media is right (normally they arent) Blackwater outta do better screening of their employees mental background to make sure they arent so trigger happy and possess better critical thinking skills. I do find it abhorrent that the government can use a 1988 (thanks for the source T.) machine gun law to try these guys. Hell if they really did do what is stated they shouldnt be tried for this but for at the very least manslaughter...but then again using a machine gun carries stiffer penalties then murder Hopefully the Justice system will do the right thing whatever that may be but somehow I doubt it.
  22. One thing I noticed with my Sig P6 is that it is more accurate with Remington 115gr FMJ then with WWB 147gr Hollow Points...havent tried it with any "real" self defense ammo....the gun however is definitely reliably accurate for either if dealing with any kind of threat
  23. ALWAYS politely inform the officer that you have a handgun carry permit and that you currently have a firearm on your person (make sure your hands are very visible and preferably on the steering wheel...it also helps to have all the interior lights on if its dark out). They will thank you and usually (in my few experiences..all 2 of em) give you a break for whatever they were pulling you over for.
  24. The part that gets me is they can be tried for a machinegun "crime" committed in a different country. That just boggles the mind. I would call that exigent circumstances.
