Little painters tape to protect the gas block, leatherman to hold and start the roll pin, and a hammer and 1/16 and 3/32 punches to drive the pin in. Yeah I was teetering between the SD-E and the SD-3G but didn't want a two-stage. I don't do much bench shooting either so I went with the SD-3G.

Something I've always wanted to get into but never have. I'm guessing they have certain regs on what you can use?

I went from a 7.5" Noveske Diplomat SBR on my very first build so this thing should be much flatter shooting.

i looked on their FB page and they don't have any information on ETA.  Their website doesn't show any information on release dates either.  On the V1, I believe the detent pin has to be pushed in to change the adjustment screw.  The V2 doesn't need the detent because it a click adjustment 

they are coming out with a gen 2 version that eliminates the detent pin.  The adjustment screw is a set screw that clicks.     http://youtu.be/ykukUFgC0R4

Ares Gear is running 15% off til midnight tonight.  Im thinking about trying out their Aeges belt.  I have the enhanced ranger with the PAL system and run a RCS holster for my G17.  Its stiff..very stiff and holds its shape even if I'm running heavier loads on the belt, but due to the stiffness it is not the most comfortable to wear.

SA has had my XDS since Sept. 3.  Have not received any updates yet. 

Ya makes me wish I would have kept my Kahr pm9.

I wonder if that is for people that are just now sending them in or if the 4 weeks is still good for those that sent it in right away.
