  1. If they have a good enough lawyer, anything is possible in the legal system. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I547 using Tapatalk
  2. I hope she likes her coffee black too, because banning/confiscation will only accomplish one thing...
  3. I wouldn't get tied up in shaming, that may open you up to unwarrented libel lawsuit.   If you could do this without repercussions, my opinion is: your site, your rules 120%

I hope you're willing to unjam it for me! ;)

I'm confident to gas tube isn't an issue anymore. The weapon cycled fine with Ron's reloads while using Pmags. I found the Hexmags didn't feed the Gemtech or Ron's ammo reliably. But with the Gemtech, it didn't care what magazine was being used.

I didn't think to take any. Don't want to jam a live round in the neighborhood. I'll have to wait till I have time to go out to the range again.

Problems feeding. Could be the magazine, the ammo, or the chamber. It seems to not like gemtech ammo.

Mine's going to need troubleshooting. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I547 using Tapatalk
  9. I'm going to get some dummies, see if I have the same problem with them as the gemtech. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I547 using Tapatalk
  10. Had a good time, and learned a lo too. I got a lot of practice unjamming the 300 BO. Only using Magpul Mags for it from now on and will never buy Gamtec ammo again. Special thanks to Ron for sparing some ammo that will feed and cycle! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I547 using Tapatalk

  13. I'll try to be there as early as possible, probably 10ish, but I have to cut out by 2:30 or three, assuming I don't throw all my ammo down range first.

What kind of upper are you going with LF?

And it seems like cheaper alternatives to what I've gotten for my build come out all the time, so you have that.

18.5 oz without a stock, vs. 26.6 oz of my 5.56 lower without the stock. Both have lighter than milspec buffers, and both have hammers with the hook cut off. Essentially, given similar modified parts, I saved a litte over half a pound on the reciever using the lightest parts otherwise available on the market (minus the FCG, I have a ALG ACT in my 300 BO vs. a poly trigger that I assume is still available somewhere).
  17.   That sucks, don't push yourself too much. This forum needs you. :)
  18.   Well then...   anyone committed?   I'll be there around 10AM, bringing a cooler full of water, so don't piss your money away at the shop!

I can't risk losing any more weight, my bmi is already really low. Plus, I do what I want, yo!  :tough:     Let me shoot it first!

You probably don't want to know. It hurts to think about it. But I built this AR with parts I wanted, so that makes up a lot of the cost. If I had to guesstimate, the lower was $400+ (has custom buffer though) and the upper is somewhere around $1000+/-. I'd also like to get a light to put on it, so that will add some cost.   Won't know if it's worth it till I shoot it though.
  22. I've bought a shotgun with a broken safety. Didn't find out about it till I got home. So I fixed it. Don't know or care if any laws were broken, the shotgun works great now.
