Yes I never have used anything but the original fixed magazines myself for some reason I hate polymer mags.

I think Coal Creek Armory in Knoxville does that type of work might want to check them out.

Don't they come with a bright orange one? The Remington 870HD I had a very Bright Orange one I don't see why green would be a whole lot better/easier to see but I guess it is just a matter of personal preference.

I have a SOG flash II and love it even though I never thought I would spend $60 bucks on a knife but I actually need to send mine into SOG and for casual carry I have a 1984 frost cutlery folder I carry. I also carry a Buck something or other from time to time its a really tough knife for the 30 bucks I paid for it.

Hmm everytime I read more posts like this it makes me want to get a "bug out bag".

Yeah I went out and bought 240 rounds in the Chattanooga area last weekend and I think I spent near 70 dollars just buying off the shelf individual boxes. The cheapest place in our area is Sportsman's Warehouse when they have some on the shelf.

I wasn't that upset by it and ended up getting a good laugh over that electrical taped together magazine. I might still have it heck I might sell it for 30 bucks and call it customized. Heck one man's junk is another man's treasure. haha:cool:
