I order from them frequently. My only complaint is their shipping. They use that sure post or whatever it's called (shipped UPS then turned over to USPS) and it delays arrival for sometimes two days here.
I did figure out though, if you include any ammo in your order (50 round box of .22 ) they will ship the whole thing UPS. Of course, that was when they had ammo !!

One of the "experts" being interviewed a couple of nights ago cautioned against this. He was saying that it sometimes takes up to two weeks for the virus to show up so getting tested shortly after being exposed can lead to a false negative. He recommended getting tested again after a week or two.

I'm pretty sure this is what I had last year around this time. I had all the symptoms except the breathing problem, At that time everything started tasting very salty to me, even a slice of bread. Bacon tasted like a spoon of salt in my mouth . It's not as bad now but I've learned what to stay away from. My wonderful bacon is history.

Go to Basspro's website and look at Fly Outfits and read the reviews for each. They come with rod, reel, line, line backing and leader. They have a couple of $99 dollar rigs that would serve your needs of him getting his feet wet. Normally, the people working that department know a little about the subject so they would be able to help you with things like what weight rig to get depending on what kind of fishing he will be doing. They also put them on sale frequently so you might want to wait until their Xmas sale but as I said, "read the reviews" Believe it or not but that's about the best place to get a descent quality rig for a reasonable price.
It's an addiction. First the fishing, then the fly tying. It's not a cheap hobby if you dive in too deep.
