I don't know how it is in Memphis/Germantown but that's one reason I'm all for term limits. Knuckleheads scared of getting kicked out of office. Even though I'm in Jackson and we're so far going to be allowed to carry in our parks. I wish this bill didn't get passed with the opt out law

Great that's good to know. I try to go to matinees when I do go. I will admit I wanna see GI Joe Come from Jackson to Milan, they drop the speed limit waaaaay down and they drop it off a ways out also Trezevant was bad also until a few years ago. They probably don't have the money to chase anyone after that guy chased someone all the way to jackson and a crash resulted .

I think Fallguy being from Milan would know about speed traps already. Man Milan doesn't play, Medina is worse though

I hardly go out as. I don't shop at the Mall here if at all possible. I need to look and see if the movie theater here is posted. The last time I was at Jackson 10 Cinema i didn't notice but I didnt look too hard. I try not to go to Hollywood because thats where everyone goes and I want to see the movie not everyone talking. The only place I can think of as far as seeing the slash gun is the Waffle House and even then that's been a few years

I wouldn't say they are too stupid other than they have an agenda. It's like I said earlier if you know your DA or judge lean heavy pro gun you have good odds but if you have one that leans very left you run the chance of being out of some money and time fighting

And that's exactly what I would want to avoid. I guess if I knew the judge was a very pro gun I may would run the dice but jury errrr how many times have we had people asking how do I get out of jury duty or those on a jury were those too stupid to get off. If it was a trespass and asked to leave ok maybe worth it, but when they talking about jail, fine and lost of HCP I'm just not that brave to be the test case. I know conceal is conceal but still

Like I said in a previous post why chance it, even if the proper sign wasn't posted but a sign saying no guns was up. I personally wouldn't risk it. Some may have the money to fight it but I don't. Quiet frankly I wouldn't want to run the risk of some judge saying you knew the intent of the sign

True but the only thing is if you're some how caught and the police arrive how will it be sorted. We know if it's not properly posted the sign's not legal but will some DA or judge try to get you on that you understood the intent of the sign that was posted especially after it's pretty widely know in the papers and tv whether your local park is banned or not.

Normally you sign the paper in front of the salesman so I doubt any monkey business was going on. She probably told her fam and friends that bday thing to make her seem more important to than she was. They would have probably told her she couldnt afford it or if you and steve where an item he would've paid for it so she just told everyone that steve got it for her saving her the agony

She wasn't too bright. She's paying on a Kia and an Escalade. Any smart gold digger get's the money from their sugar daddy/mama She could had let the Escalade fall behind and get repo'd they would have came after McNair for that payment...

I don't think Steve would let her borrow a gun, well if he was smart he wouldn't. I didn't know she was selling stuff on craigslist. Guess she blames Steve for leading her on and causing her money problems

Even though so far it looks like Jackson is going to allow carry in the park but I still wished it was statewide. Restaurants are a private business I can see giving them an out but parks are owned buy the public

I agree it should had been all or nothing. I know the opt out clause was so it would pass but it's done very little good as it seems the majority are opting out. I know some will say it's a start but I think it was a set back myself.

Dang man you're fast LOL I'm scared. I mean that coming from the Jackson Sun, is it because of the layoff's they're having or it something up. Never thought I'd hear that from them to be honest. If a newspaper can print some common sense like that, it should be cliped and sent to every other paper and council in this state

I'd never sell to an individual I didn't know real well personally.... When I heard her age I expected to see threads here also and expected some lawmaker to say something OT Lesson learn leave those crazy young girls alone, heck old ones too. I'm 35 and had a 19 yo wanted to go out. She was like I'm legal. Tempting as it is, we wouldn't have anything in common and I'd be wasting my time.
