  1. I"ll take it off your hands. in Murfreesboro, but work in Nashville if we could meet in between...
  2. I'm headed to Mobile next week to handle some business...nothing I've seen so far shows any cause for concern in carrying there.
  3. Glad to hear you were able to aquire some ammo.
  4. I just left and they had none. Shelves were bare.
  5. Thanks, thought the NiB wasn't something that everyone was doing so I decided it was for me. I like being DIFFERENT!
  6.   I usually do when I post, but I was highlighting the Color-fill job I had just completed. Future posts will not feature a serial.
  7.   Thanks, for the comments bro!
  8.   I know, would LOVE to build another now that the bug has hit me.
  9. I did have it P/W. No way I would be rocking without being legal. Would rather do without the NFA paperwork since it's not my duty rifle.
  10. Thanks for the comments guys. Eventually I plan on running a Vortex Sparq in a riser mount, but I'm in no rush since I have the Magpul backups a primary sight system. Red, I have not shot it yet but I will be doing a range report when I do.
  11. And to answer the inbox ed question, I did color-fil the complete lower and the magpul symbols in the K grip. Adds to the effects pretty nicely.
  12. Yeah, I'm pretty comfortable with the Magpul sights for now. But I do plan on running a Vortex Sparq in the future. I feel no need to rush it at the moment though seeing how ammo is more of a necessity.
  13. Appreciate the comments...pretty proud since this was my first one! Will be breaking her in tomorrow. Will report how it goes.
  14. This is the best sight picture i could get. Its not great, but you get the point...have plenty of clearance for the sights.
  15. Specs are: R-Guns NiB upper and lower RRA BCG and upper assembly kit DPMS lower parts kit Magpul K-grip, ASAP adapter, MBUS front and rear sights, and magazines Daniel Defense 12.0 MFR Rainier Arms Select 14.5 1:8 twist mid-length barrel Gemtech 5.56 quickmount flashider p/w and of course the Streamlight TLR-1s
  16. Although it looks too the TLR does not obstruct the view of the sight. Will try to get a view of the sight picture up later.
  17. These are pictures of the AR I have been working on for some time. Took my time to make sure I was doing everything right and that I had all the pieces that I wanted. I think it came out phenomenal...Lets hear what you think.
  18. Was in there today also. I looked at the ammo wall as I was paying for some other items and my eyes lit up thinking I would add onto my purchase. The light quickly faded though when he told me the prices of the available ammo.
  19. Well, this is the finished product. A little off-base from what I had first planned but am very happy with the finished results.
  20. They have rails available to attach to the forearm for $30 a piece.  They also have a shotgun like handguard to add specifically to this forearm, it is on order everywhere I've looked.
