  1. for what it worth you should be able to get the PWS without the 4 prongs for about $60 A Miculek which is a good basic comp for about $40, I think.
  2. if it is the one i am thinking of it, is just a large A2 bird cage, i sold mine,
  3. the pictures are from the front sight mag i was telling you about, also found on enos. it is a laser on top of the hand guard with a 16" AR mounted to a sled. the pictures shows the movement of the shot fired and action working. a small bag filled with air fires the AR. if you have never shot AR's with comps then you will never realize how hard they kick and how hard they to control for fast follow up shots. added comps are not only thing that reduce recoil, but it is a big part.
  4. This may be your rifle with a comp. Any questions???? Coming November 2009 Front Sight Magazine
  5. his is what your rifle might look like without a comp.
  6. you will be suprised have much a comp will help your shooting. $99.00 is about in the price range of most good comps. any comp will be loud if it works. i do have that comp on my SBR i am happy with it. i have a more expensive one on by 16" that i do really love. if you know anyone that is a USPSA member ask them to borrow there front sight mag, there is a great write up on comps this month in it. including the PWS
  7. i have used EO Tech there before and i know of at least one shooter who will have one saturday.
  8. should be, irons, red dot or low power scope. it all should be fine. if they get a "long" range stage about 100 yards most should be under 30 yards. good luck

  20. The 9L slide is also lighter by nearly 2oz, so it's like getting production/SSP legal slide lightening. I have seen this before but i know the 9L is 25.2 oz and the Pro is 26 oz and the metal on the Pro slide is not that thick so where does this 2 ozs come from? i know the factory Pro slide assy with barrel rod and spring wieght just a hair over 18.4 oz's
