  1. Very specific need for either a Ruger American rifle in .308. Needs to be short action. Doesn’t matter the sub model, could be a scout, predator, etc

    OR

Savage 110 rifle in .308. Needs to be short action.

I would also be interested in a Ruger 10-22.

As close to bone stock as possible. Theses are fairly “cheap” rifles and I have plans to build on one of them. Just seeing if I could buy one at a fair used price or even trade some stuff for one. I just acquired a Ruger Predator in Creedmoor to build but it’s really way too nice to do what I am wanting to. Have other rifles and several pistols to trade. As always cash also.

    Trade options are;

    Trijicon RMR

    Holosun 507KGreen

    Brigade AR9

    Springfield Hellcat RDP

minus cash on a few of these.

Build will end up being quite expensive and wanted try and save a few bucks to start out with.
East Tennessee would be perfect but would be willing to drive to Chattanooga, Bristol, or Nashville for the right deal. Thanks!!

  2. I follow all local, state, and federal laws. Always have and will always. I don't and won't change anything I do for "rules" or any other political whims that occur. I don't have any transformer items at all. I thought that technology was a ways off.  Starting to make me want to buy a bulldozer............

You can’t do that! Your one of the “I don’t care what’s cool” crowd!! In your skinny jeans and flat brimmed hat. 😂🤣😂🤣

You’re a full blown progressive. Hope this helps.

By the way, politics is a verboten subject on this forum.

I’m starting to think your right!  I do believe in the 2nd. Unconditionally. Every single citizen.

I do lean a bit center to left on abortion. I mean I don’t give a hoot what other people do. As long as it don’t obstruct my pursuit of happiness!

im quite a bit to the right on immigration. Why are we allowing more people in when we have folks living in the streets! We can’t take care of what we have!

I like to think I lean closets to being free and allowing others to be free.
I still vote for people not party’s. That’s the way we used to do it. My biggest have to is someone fairly honest. Politicians are by design dishonest. But I need them to know what reality is. But honestly until we can get politicians that have had to decide between paying for prescriptions or buying food then we will always get what we have always got. Can’t expect different if we don’t demand it.

Most people would be better off if they quit worrying about what others have, quit waiting around to be lifted up, be thankful for what they do have, and instead of plotting and praying for the downfall of someone better off than they are, maybe study the path that person took and what makes them tick and possibly learn how to be more successful themselves.  What a novel concept.

I agree!!! I agree that could be a way to keep your head buried in the sand also. If we were not worried about the things others had we wouldn’t know anything about anything. That’s how the world knows what is “cool”. I know there are 2 or 3 people that do it differently but let’s say most do it because someone else had it or something along those lines.
I do apologize as I thought we were just chatting about what we feel is wrong with the USA. I didn’t mean to offend you as a person.  I just wanted to say the way we have done things do seem to be working for some of us. A large percentage of us anyway.  I just figured most people are intelligent enough to realize it's not really working and we should try something else. Or we can keep our heads in the sand and continue to believe in the failed American dream. Mostly because 22 veterans kill themselves every single day. To me that is a failure in every way possible. Changes are happening. Our kids know it’s not working. Perhaps not even them but perhaps their kids will not continue to try and breathe u def the sand while saying how great everything is.  I do sincerely apologize if you feel offended. We all have a certain “construct” that we live in. We create it. We believe it. Instead of knowing it’s something that we made up.

How much does this person have the right to make?

Whatever his/or conscious will allow. BUT perhaps I see more of an US as Americans than the ME Americans. If your stupid rich and are surrounded by desperate people and communities then you are the target and won’t last very long even in memory, instead of becoming someone who lifts others and make your environment better for everyone in it.
Like I said, perhaps I’m a conservative socialist. Hell I don’t know. I hate we have become a country of the haves and have nots. I know it’s been the same throughout history. I figured with the invention of a god like Jesus then it would create more shame around excess.

  6. I like almost ALL of the responses. I, in my soul feel we are still fighting the fight against rich people. Sort of. The rich will steer people to the smaller less important issues of race, civil rights, or immigration. It’s just a shell. The biggest issue is a capitalist system that favors only the rich. How have we accepted, over the past 50 years, almost 160% rise in the basic cost of living with a stagnant 61% average wage increase? That is a recipe for growing poverty.
I believe every man and woman has the right to make a living wage. Not all of us agree on this. THAT IS THE PROBLEM!! If we did agree then it would be. Instead most of the wealth is funneled to the top. Why in the hell do we have millionaires when people are living on the street. Families not just the normal junkies. Veterans not just prostitutes. I am not sure if I am a socialist or not. I lean  mostly conservative but the way we treat our veterans is despicable. The way we have 1 person worth over 200 billion dollars while there are our hero’s living on the streets is despicable.
I strongly believe in freedom and the pursuit of liberty. Why are we sending more than 100 billion dollars to Ukraine, when we have families living in their cars? WTF is going on?

We are only as strong as our weakest link.  Currently and for the past 30 years, our weakest link is the way we treat our hero’s and how the rich get richer and poverty grows like an epidemic. We are all too worried about ourselves barely getting by to worry about our kids kids future.

My only post of this nature.  Stop worrying about the little stuff, it’s the big stuff that will be our downfall.
