Not very good news on the shipping front. UPS or USPS will not ship it at all for an individual without a Hazmat account and Fedex would be very expensive. $35 of that is a hazardous materials fee plus you have to be certified to even fill out the form. If you are a business with an account it's no problem otherwise it's insane. I've talked to several reps from each company and I get the same answers everytime.

I usually carry a my S&W mod 60 snub in a Crosbreed Supertuck. I can hide that under a T-shirt. I also love my Kahr MK40 in the same style holster. Super thin and plenty of firepower. Recoil is not any issue with the steel frame but it's still not to heavy.

I just shot one over the Thanksgiving holidays. A+++ Tons of fun to shoot and makes a decent little BUG. Kinda small in caliber but even as fast as I could pull the trigger I could keep still keep CoM. Looking for one for myself now.

I was offered on on a trade recently but turned it down. I could only find one good review for every 7 bad. Plus for a ccw/home defense gun, the ported option didn't sound like something that I wanted to shoot in the dark.

Check Sportsmans Guide regularly for cheap prices on a several types of .45. They're out of stock on most stuff right now also but they will let you backorder.
