So I'm about to purchase my first kayak. I'm gonna pick up the Ascend FS10 Angler Camo Kayak from Bass Pro. Was wondering if anyone else kayak fishes? Me and a buddy are gonna head out to Old Hickory Sat morning and test it out!

Got bored and emailed the links of my videos and the link to this thread to Arsenals customer service......

Yea I've got the SN on file. I might call up to D&T and see if I can get them to run it.

He called me yesterday to let me know that they were shipping it bak to Arsenal to get repaired. Estimated 5-8 weeks on return. But when I do get the rifle back there still won't be a warranty....

Arsenal personally told me that my rifle was no longer under warranty also.

I'm not dealing with them now. On Target is dealing with them.

I still don't know if either one has seen this thread or any of my YouTube videos about the whole ordeal. I told the owner that I would not be patronizing his store again. I also told him that I have a lot of friends (everybody on here) who buy weapons and ammo from him and that they were aware of the whole thing. He told me that he wasn't scared of threats bc he has to deal with them all day. That's not customer service?

Darrell Scarlett and another business partner.

I don't know what else to do but just make sure that this doesn't happen to anybody else?

I did but it's kinda hard when he's a criminal lawyer.

Just got off the phone with one of the owners of On Target. He ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY FOR THE RIFLE.....THEY JUST DON'T DO THAT. On Target has now shipped my rifle back to Arsenal....4 weeks after I dropped it off.....for repairs. Arsenal is making On Target pay $100 minimum for repairs. Keep in mind I bought this rifle brand new off the shelf. Estimated time on the return on my rifle 5-8 weeks. I love when I buy a brand new rifle on the shelf and then have to hand it back to them for over 4 months....? And on top of that when I get it back who's gonna stand behind it if something else happens??? I had respect for On Target and the way that they were originally handling the situation. I have been very calm and understanding bc things happen....but now I'm pissed off and upset. Don't waste your time!

Mine thought I was crazy too....I got rid of her!

Got this from a buddy. I've actually seen one of those trucks before so I do think it is a local pic. It doesn't look photchopped.

What I don't understand: After my rifle was there for two weeks he said he was waiting on a packaging slip? Today when he talked to Arsenal they said it was no longer under warranty? Makes me think he never called them.....sorry I was just thinking about that.....

Update: Manager said he would call Arsenal yesterday and call me this morning. Hadn't heard anything from the manager so I called. He said he had emailed Arsenal this morning and hadn't had a chance to check his email today. He said dude c'mon I haven't even had lunch and it's 2:00....let me go eat my lunch and I'll check my email and call you back.....?? I had enough. I tracked down the owners name and googled his name and found his work number. I contacted him and told him what was happening. He said he was sorry and we would get it squared away. He was going to call his other business partner and then get back to me. I told him that all I wanted was a full refund on the rifle bc Arsenal has told me that they were not going to warranty it. I told him that Sean wasn't going to be too happy with me contacting you. He told me it doesn't matter bc I'm the owner and I'm going to take care of it. So as of right now I'm waiting to hear back from him or his other business partner. After I talked to the owner Rhe manager called me back. He informed me that he had talked to Arsenal and that they WERE NOT GOING TO HONOR A WARRANTY ON THE RIFLE !!!! He said he would have his gunsmith fix it. I told him to call me before he did any work bc I'm hoping the owner calls him here in a bit. I'll keep y'all updated. Looks like I'm finally might be getting somewhere with On Target but Arsenal on the other hand is GARBAGE!!!!!!!!

Yes it was good too

Does anybody know the owners name? I would love to talk to him personally and get my money back. The manager kept giving me the run around and was not going to give me my money back. I really just want to patronize another store and not deal with them anymore. I can't really get anywhere with phone calls, and can barely catch the manager there when I call or go into the shop.

Update: Just left On Target. I told him that I wanted a full refund and showed him the emails. He would not issue me a refund and explained to me that it was a federal thing and that no gun shops issue refunds on firearms. I told him about my dealings with Arsenal, he said that he would take care of everything and that he was going to call Arsenal today. He told me of Arsenal doesn't want to fix it that he would have his gunsmith fix it himself. I then again told him that I would just like a refund but he would not do it. I left the rifle with him and he told me that he would call me in the morning and let me know if he got Arsenal to fix it or not.
