6.
Also you already shot your own argument in the foot when you said the majority in your econ class does not understand how the economy works. I'd bet that the majority will still pass the course. Meaning under your rule they would still be allowed to vote.
Actually what I was saying is that they had voted before they realized what everything meant, and had completed and passed the course. By the discussions we had during class it was apparent that they did not understand before taking the class. By taking the class it helped them understand more. So that validates my point.....? Your also going off what you "think" the outcome will be in their grades. I'll post a screenshot of the class average when I get home.
 7. Over the past few years I have had quite a few Economics classes. My major is Marketing and minor in Management. I am retaking a Macroeconomics class this year bc of transfer issues. I'm really glad I took it! With this class being right in the middle of the election it has been very interesting. After the election the teacher was talking about the taxes situation and some of the Obama policies. It was...well I should say not a surprise....but i was surprised by how many people did not know what his policies meant or stood for? I could tell who they stood for and their views. Most of their statements and arguments did not have any validity or educational backing. The majority of the people in my class did not/do not understand how our Economy operates. My question is: Should an Individual also be required to have taken and passes an ECON 101 class to be able to vote? Discuss....... I know there would be an argument for those who go into service right after high school....so why not require it in High School education?
 8.
this thread is racist.
When is the NAACP going to make a statement about her blatant racist remarks?
 9. Anybody else see this? Thoughts? Next Trayvon Martin case? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pR_E9vvC2K0

 11. Just picked up my flamethrower at the gun show for $10. Got done painting it. Heard it will be pretty loud too! Pretty sure it's a Surplus AMD Brake? Not Tapco....?
 12.
If anyone could find use for an AK set up in a hunting configuration you might want to check into the Vepr's being sold by K-Var out of Los Vegas. These are heavy duty and all russian out of the highly regarded Molot Arsenal. I ordered one a few months ago and VERY impressed with the build qualty. See K-Var.com for details and photos of the various setups. Ten round mags only as received.
Yea I got to handle one today....the bolt is sooooo smooth!!! They are significantly heavier though....
 13. Just got my AK back from Nathan "AK Guy". He did the conversion for me. I'm still waiting/trying to decide on the Bonesteel folding stock. I'm going to order the OD Green Midwest Industries hand guard. I'm still also trying to decide on which Brake to get. I'm going for the OD Green/ Black theme. I also had Nathan thread the barrel for me, did a really good job! 14.
I've got one of those in .40 Carry it in a Crossbreed Supertuck. It's accurate if you'll read up on how to aim it, you don't line up the sights like you would on another brand handgun. Check this out... http://www.hkpro.com/forum/hk-handgun-talk/100448-hk-pistol-point-aim-point-impact.html Hope this helps.
Might just have to get a crossbreed...I had one for my M&P, G19, G27, G26.
 15. Just picked this up yesterday in a trade. I had the same version in .357 sig a couple months ago. It was the most inaccurate handgun I've shot...probably bc of the caliber? So I decided to give HK another chance. Can't wait to shoot it. I need some recommendations for a holster. I was leaning towards a kydex holster that sits close to my body. Anybody have any other suggestions?
 16. Last weekend I checked my pocket knife into my bag that was checked for under the plane. When I got to my destination it was gone.....I have done this numerous times before and if was never confiscated.

 19. I've had my bushmaster moe for almost two years now. It's a Bushmaster XM15 just like yours. I've put thousands of rounds through it. I would estimate 5k plus or minus a few. It has gotten more accurate the more I've shot it. Some say bc the chrome lining is wearing out and that's why it's becoming more accurate. I've found my best accuracy came from Hornady Vmax 55gr. That's what I used for coyote hunting and deer hunting. So that's what I was using sighting it in with. The majority of the rounds I've ran through it are the steel cased wolf.
 20.
I'm not familiar with the forum or the douche you were dealing with there, but he's a real douche.
Pretty sure he owns the forum....not much I can do there haha. He also owns a training company Suarez International.
 21. I got on there to ask a question about a side folder. I figured there would be a bigger/better chance of someone dealing with it. Here's how it went..... Haha so he locked my thread posted in the AK section about an AK product?? 22. And you might as well just buy a license...I mean you need the same one to fish with......
 23. I used to have "access" to a farm last year and the year before. There was a huge problem with the yotes when it started getting cold with horses and especially with the calves. You could walk outside at night and it sounded like a bunch of kids screaming and giggling in the valleys. Creepy sometimes. You could take a spotlight and hit the hills and see dozens of eyes. I called TWRA and told them about the problem. The thing was is they were a lot more active at night, they would start at exactly 9:30pm. I told them that they had taken an older horse and two calves already. I asked him if I could hunt them at night or with a spotlight. I was told that you can do whatever necessary to protect yourself or livestock from the coyotes. I again asked him if I could hunt them with a spotlight. He again said "you can do whatever you need to protect your livestock, and ill just leave it at that." Now obviously I'm not saying its ok to hunt at night or with artificial light. It's up to you to talk to TWRA and protect your livestock. People also use donkeys to take care of coyotes. If there's something coyotes hate its a donkey!!! I ended up shooting one with my Bushmaster AR. I used the Hornady V-Max .55gr. He went 10ft. And I also took one with my M&P .45 with Hornady Critical Defense. I didn't find the one I took with the .45 until I was turkey hunting one day and came across him.
