I'm one of the very few people my age that doesn't have a Facebook. I deleted mine back in the fall and I have not missed it at all. Especially don't miss the high school drama.

fail to eject. Many stovepipe's. After several hundred rounds the recoil spring MUST be replaced. I took the old one out and compared it to the new one Sig sent me. It was nearly 1 1/2" shorter than the new one. Also, mine was one of the early ones that came with a bad magazine. They made changes to the magazine followers which seemed to solve that problem.

I sold mine due to the fact that it's reliability was questionable. I now regret selling it. I will have another one someday but unless it's flawless I probably won't carry it that often. Just not sure I would trust one with my life.
  14. .22?
  15. my dad has talked about him a lot over the years. Sad to hear this.
  16. You can add OhShoot to the list. He took a .22 to the forehead last year. He was a strange one before it happened but has been even more odd ever since.
  17. how much damage did that .357 do to your leg?
  18. thanks for the clarification. I wish it would stay $20 at the new location but it cuts the distance in 1/2 for me so at least I will save on gas. Bill's prices on firearms are very competitive too though. Any word on when the new store is opening?
  19. very interesting. I like what I see so far. I hope he is genuine.
  20. I agree with everything you said and I too have recommended Glocks to several people.
  21. how insightful
  22. just when I thought that I would give the CM9 a chance you had to post this! I hate to hear this, I would try different ammo first and see what happens.
  23. so this explains why you have been MIA lately As far as the G19 goes, I didn't understand all of your post but make sure your thumb(s) is not pushing upward and making the slide stop engage.
  24. no I haven't gone through the trouble yet though I have considered it. I'm in the same boat as you. I graduate from UT in July, hopefully I will find a job in TN, but if I end up in a state where CCW laws are not as friendly then the non-resident permit might be a good idea. From what I understand, I really don't think it should be that hard to obtain one of those permits.
