It doesn't matter how the bill os worded. You can be fired for anything or nothing at all.
If the bill is worded to keep employees from being fired, the employer would just fire that employee for other reasons.
Anyone else wanna spend four more years on a useless feel-good law? :)

I've found that most free wi-fi places have blocks on gun related sites. Always found it ironic (Alanis Morissette ironic) that Krystals, a company born and bred in the south, blocks gun sites, but McDonalads, a Cali company, does not block them.

What do you mean "could" She's already into us for about 14 of them and I'm betting any Friday night now soon, another tax revenue increase will be conducted. The "tax" session will last for about 2 minutes till adjournment for beer and cigarettes and a short "shut the F up" to the previous sessions down the hall.
Sarcastic way of saying that she should be in jail for child abuse.... and I would be happy to pay for it.

Maybe it's because there is shipping center in the county I live in. I usually try to do business locally though anyway if I can.
Buying from Amazon IS buying locally. Feeding 5,000 families in Chattanooga and Cleveland :)

Optics Planet is well known for doing that. Even their own forum (Q&A thingy) is littered with these complaints.
I wanna say that their PoS system doesn't update store quantities with Amazon orders.
They tell people to call them before placing an order to make sure that the desired item is still in stock.
You simply can not beat their pricing, shipping and CS. It's a real shame that they can not get past this issue. It's been an ongoing issue for years.

Never had any luck with cheap lights on a 12g. They work well on ARs and the like. Shotguns just have too much recoil for them to hold up well over time.

I've been hearing about this stranded cruise ship all week. Reports of no power, no toilets and no food or water. By the way the news was reporting it, you would think the cruise ship was held hostage by Somali pirates.
My first thought was hohum at best. I mean, how bad could it really be? Out of all of the places to find yourself stranded at, one would think a luxury cruise ship would not be on the top of the bad list. Gambling, booze, bikinis and fun cruise activities sounds like a marvelous vacation to me. Even if I had to whiz over a rail.... actually, that kinda sounds like a plus, too. :D
Now the "rescued" guests are saying they had some power and were fed burgers and 'mater sandwiches. Oh the HORROR!

Would you have us declare war with "they have weapons" as our justification to the rest of the world? If not, what action would you have us take? We are unwilling to play to win, so it is not in our interest to get into any war at all. And this would be a much bigger fight than against a third world military. Worse, it would prove the leader for life "correct" in his assertation that the USA is a threat and agressor, and all that goes with the bad press, if we attack first.
EMP IS scary. I just feel that a hole where a city used to be would be a bigger deal to the average citizen and the UN etc.
We go after terrorists that don't threaten us that much. They do not have nukes, either.
What's the problem again?
