What are you a veteran of?

Thanks! I'm a mixed-breed Navy/Guard. Only one year in the Guard due to declining health.

Campaign medals for Lebanon, Persian Gulf, and Somalia.

Welcome, and considering that the Militia definition was every able-bodied man in a community it could be that too... I don't remember which state (I think it was Delaware) it was but they required by law that all able bodied men had to keep weapons and ammo should they be called up to defend the community. That would mean that all those gun hating liberals would be required by law to have fire arms training and keep a weapon in the home for use by said militia. :)
