Help - Places to stay in N. Peters area of Knoxville

My wife is taking a law school entrance test on UT's campus on Saturday morning and we are looking for a good place to stay around the N. Peters area on Friday night. We don't know the area well but heard that was a pretty nice place and fairly safe.

Any suggestions on good places to stay??? Not looking for an expensive place.

Thanks in advance!

I'll have you some info this afternoon. There are a few places that are around $50 a night right in that area. I believe the Red Roof Inn is one of them. There is also a Microtel that isn't too expensive.

I concur with the others... I live 5 minutes from the Cedar Bluff exit and it's a good place. I had family stay at Country Inn & Suites (might be near $100) and the Jameson (sp?) is nice (my employer puts people up there all the time while trying to save bucks). Good luck to you and your wife and her test!
