Overall not a bad piece. It's good for the exposure of the Castle Doctrine and HCPs.

At the end they did correct and say Carry Permit instead of license.

The only things a little misleading...

There has never been a duty to retreat in TN

You can use deadly force ANYWHERE if you are in fear of your life or serious bodily harm.

If you in your Residence, a Dwelling or your Vehicle the law presumes you are in fear of your life whether you truly are or not.

But the do link to the new law, so maybe some will read it for themselves.

The feature is not totally correct regarding deadly force laws in Arkansas, in a way stating that people in Arkansas must retreat before using deadly force in homes. There is no such requirement in Arkansas to make an attempt to retreat when stopping the commission of burglary or arson with deadly force. It is also legal in Arkansas to use deadly force if a person reasonably believes another person is committing or about to commit a felony involving force or violence;Using or about to use unlawful deadly physical force; or Imminently endangering the person's life or imminently about to victimize the person as described in § 9-15-103 from the continuation of a pattern of domestic abuse (the law does require one to retreat only if an individual believes he can retreat in complete safety).

I have not seen a clear cut self defense case tried in court in Arkansas. Most prosecutors refuse to bring such instances to trial. Arkansas has had civil protection from lawsuits when one uses legal deadly force since the early 1980's.
