Haven't heard a confirmation yet but it was suppose to be the Oregon fans singing Rocky Top.

I heard they did when the qb ran for a long td against them. But it was the UO students who were singing prob. couldn't hear it on tv

Didnt hear it on tv but I have a friend gavin that is a ducks fan and he came to the ut game we hung out together during the tail gate party him in his ducks outfit and me in big orange. He said they did sing it. If they did I didnt hear it nor did the anouncers because I am quiet sure one of them would have said something. I know I was singing it and posted it on USC fan page after the ducks whooped em.
