Morristown or Pigeon Forge gun show?

I live 2 minutes from the Morristown Gun show. I went last time and it was not worth the money. If you want to go stand outside and see what the traders have, that might or might not work, but it wasn't worth the money I paid to get in last time.

Ain't it the truth. The best money spent last time I attended the "fire hall" show was the breakfast I took in before arriving.

While I did pick up a rare rifle there many many moons ago I'm hesistant about donating to it again.

Pigeon Forge show sounds like the sports card shows they use to hold there. Everyone is scattered throughout the mall and deals are few and far between.

I'll probably go to the Morristown show but with low expectations. I haven't been to a show in a awhile and there are always have several items I'm looking for. I don't need anything so badly that I can't walk away if the deal doesn't suit me. The last show I attended at the fire hall had little to see and prices were silly but it's nearby. The best deals are usually found on TGO...if you're quick enough.

I went to a Cookville show a month back; could only find one used conceal gun that I'd consider-sadly overpriced. Spent 1.5 hours driving each way. Disappointed, yep.

I'm still new to guns in a sense. Are there any organized swaps or what have you?
