The main issue I see reported over there is with failures to eject. Quite a few folks said they have sent their guns back and Beretta is trying to fix under warranty, No official word from Beretta on an actual problem or a fix, but sounds like they are doing the right thing and addressing issues under warranty as they come up. Who knows what percentage actually have an issue but there sure are a lot of folks being vocal about theirs. Like all problems though we rarely hear from folks with no problems at all.

Quite a few threads to look at if anyone is interested:

I guess I should just give it a try and see if I get a good one. I just hate the thought of a carry weapon having this many reported issues with no official fix.

I just got my nano in this week. I ran 100 rounds through it yesterday, and it was nothing but flawless. It's extremely accurate and I love the trigger pull. I don't discount that some may have problems, but i love mine.
