On the Water

Just got my carry permit. During the class it was clear as to what I can do to protect myself in my house.

Two questions:

1. Can I carry in my boat on the TVA waterways including through the locks?

2. Can my boat be considered the same as my house when I live on the boat while traveling the TN River and stay in marinas or anchor out?

Our class instructor did not know the answer. I sent an e-mail to TVA but got no response back. Not sure if the states regulate or the TVA regulates.

Appreciate any thoughts and suggestions as to where I may go to get the answers.

Not sure if current but tva did ban from all developed lands including their boatramps..most stuff on the cumberland if corp of engineer which bans some too. Twra permits but if u run afoul of the others who knows..i m curious to hear from someone more knowledgeable as well tho I don't have a boat myself. Super convoluted it seems..
