MODS! i need help.... with a few things

i have just recently been able to log into my account after not being able to log on for over 2 months...

 

i want to renew my benefactor status but im not being allowed too.

 

also i have had a secret santa gift boxed up for over 2 months and have been unable to send it out due to not being able to log in(too get the address) . i NEED to make this right , right now...

 

if any mods can help me, please do!

This should be in the Feedback and Support forum.

 

1.) What sort of error are you getting on the Benefactor Status?  If the package expired, you probably need to purchase a new one rather than renewing.  We had a problem where the forum was trying to auto-renew people's Benefactor status when they didn't want it to so we set the package to being non-renewable.  Buying a new one is the fix.

 

2.) If you're signed in, you've got the address you needed for the Secret Santa gift, right?

when i go to the TGO store and try too add the benefactor status to my cart , it will not allow me to do so.

Fixing the TGO Store problem.  This may take some time and may slow the forum down a bit.  It's a pretty big query to run against the database.
