As title states, i'm needing an older mid-1960's Remington model 700 in .308 Winchester as a donor for a project i'm looking into doing. Can also use any short action 700 chambered in .22-250, .243 Win, .222 Remington or even a .358 Winchester. The serial number range i need is from 221xxx thru 224999. So, have a look at your old shooters. Condition not real important but i'm not wanting any house fire rejects or boat rust throw aways.
