  1. Bumping this, how hard is it to take off the front sight post to put on a free float rail? Just two taper pins right?
  2. I have a Vtac and it's solid, thinking about trying out the MS3, 1 point is just a little less work for me.
  3. wooowwwwwww that is amazing... that bottom knife caught my eye
  4. Well my flash hider will be pinned so that creates a totally new problem. I'm just trying to decide if its worth saving the $100 and cutting the sight down. Versus buying the upper with a low pro and rail installed already.
  5. Is this a good idea though? Or do you think that I should just go with a low pro? It's gonna be on a brand new upper.
  6. Where are you located at dolomite? I might have to take you up on this, I'm not in a position to have any access to even a vice lol
  7. Has anyone cut down a Front sight post before? I'm thinking I would rather do that then try to do the low profile gas block (cheaper, more stable). If anyone has experience, discuss.
  8. If you haven't checked out the HEST, you might consider it. Its a sweet little blade. Own a couple ESSE's and it's good option. http://milspecmonkey.com/weapons-page/blades/350-esee-dpx-hest-knife
  9. My uncle is a set builder for this show, said it was a good gig, the wife has watched it but I haven't really paid attention. Ok I "may" have seen the skinny dipping scene but thats it :0
  10. Here's my current upper. I'm going to buy a factory 12.5 from BCM and a factory 14.5 middy from BCM. Sorry about the confusion, thanks for helping me talk it out LOL.
  11. No I'm gonna sell my BCM M4 upper, keep the BCM lower, and buy a BCM SBR upper. And buy a mid-length
  12. Yea I can't decide what path to take here, dang.
  13. BCM BCG is $160. It's the best you can do without going for Nickle Boron IMO. Auto BCG with all the same chrome line parts as colt has and its parkerized and has all the same Milspec testing. I'm also a fan of the Milspec triggers but geiselle is pretty nifty.
  14. Just gonna sell my 14.5 BCM upper an put an SBR on it and then build a spikes 14.5, or something better/cheaper. Any suggestions on a quality mid length 14.5?
  15. I wish I did. I just realized that they are all on back order and sold out. Also, I think you are right, they do not sell stripped lowers. So that means that I can't have it shipped as an "other" correct?
  16. Hey I have a couple questions about the BCM Blemmies. 1. Can I buy them anywhere else besides BCM's website. 2. Can I have them shipped as an "other" lower so I can make it a pistol for the time being. Hoping to get some feedback cause I'm ready to role the dice on this thing.
  17. hey there, I may be able to help you out, do you have picture examples of what want your logo to look like?
  18. I've always seen weakside, inside. Like to start carrying a BUG on the ankle.
  19. SOE, they even have fleshlight pouches for ALL your active duty needs... oh boy http://www.originalsoegear.com/fleshlight.html
