  1. Any updates? I know we're kicked back probably another month with the Colorado program that Magpul is doing. Colorado residents get to order direct from Magpul and are being first in queue.

  3. Sean Patrick Flannery will be there too (Boondock Saints 1 & 2 with Reedus).   It is at the convention center here in Nashville.   I am going.
  4. Good situational awareness. Wish everyone had it. There would be less accidents.
  5. Not a blooper. Bond was hit twice. Once with the shrapnel that was depleted uranium rounds from Patrese (Opening sequence where he jumps on the train from the bucket excavator..he gets nailed by the shrapnel inside it) and then is shot again by Moneypenny.  He cuts out the uranium rounds after he comes back to MI6 (it is a mirror scene...so the image is reversed) and cuts them out of his chest and makes the test "For her eyes only" and points to Patrese on the laptop screen in MI6 as the guy he was chasing because he had the list. As for the bullet holes. The bucket excavator is turned backwards, he his hit in the right chest with the shrapnel from the back. Remember the bullet holes in the steel around him in that scene? Then he turns the excavator around and is facing Patrese.   I'm a huge 007 :)
  6. Sold it before moving to TN. Saw no need to move it from TX when I was not going to make any again. When I get done with this move back to Franklin, I am going to start brewing my beer again. Been a few years and I need to experiement with the recipe again.
  7. I am trading my stuff that I don't use for things I want. Putting a buy price on it because everything material has a price and I price it as though I would decided the next day to replace what I just sold. Though, if prices continue to go up, I may just end up selling off some extra's I have around to purchase something I want or need. I haven't come to the point of where I would sell the gun safe queens that will never be fired. Probably never will as I have al intentions of gifting them down to my kids.   I did see this all coming with Obama's reelection and started buying in bulk the next day. I think I have gone overboard but my wife who has started shooting again says that I didn't has absolutely no qualms with what I have purchased. I love my wife <3
  8. My wine tasted like crap and I tossed the entire batch. Now my honey amber ale...Yumm.   Back on topic:   Bio-Diesel. Easy to produce, store and use in a SHTF world. High proof alcohol is going to be a must for medicinal uses in the same world not to mention for the purposes of trading/bartering. It is a skill set that is going to be needed and easier to produce than homemade beer or wine.
  9. Sweet, they are only 2 weeks from my order then :)
  10. Williamson County Friends of NRA is holding our first fundraiser of the year! One winner will receive a DPMS AP4 Carbine .223/5.56MM NATO, Mossberg 500 Home Defense 12 Gauge Shotgun, & a Diamond Back Flat Dark Earth 9MM Pistol. That’s right, one winner will receive all 3 firearms! Tickets are only $20.00 with only 200 available! Tickets available at the show. I suspect that they'll sell out before lunch.   Come stop by our booth at the show
  11. Unfortunatly my truck doesn't fit in TN. Have an RZR that I am about to make street legal and been thinking about getting a Jeep for wheeling around TN.
  12. I would find all their blinds and any supplies, remove them. Post signs on each side of the "road" they are creating, tire spike the road and put new barbed wire up. I would also put in motion detector IR camera's to record the entire event should they decide to break the fence, ignore the signs and get some flat tires.
  13. Every Friends of NRA Tennessee banquet will have one to win in 2013. Each with the NRA logo on it.
  14. 28 Days is much better. I can not stand The Walking Dead.
  15. Good read. I am doing Fighting Pistol next month. How much crap am I going to get for having a Glock 21sf? (really glad I decided to not bring the 1911)
  16. I used Google for price comparisons on guns & ammo all the time. Now Google uninstalled. Back to Firefox.
  17. California should be given back to Mexico.
  18. Yes. My Les Baer is a PITA because of the tight tolerances. Now my Kimber and Springfield I can do with my fingers but with the way that Kimber did the bushing, it hurts less to use a wrench.
  19. I would head to Terlingua Texas. Low population density (less zombies), easy to live off the grid, and wildlife is plentiful.
  20. My FN Five-Seven & Les Baer Premier II
  21. I am about to give it a try. Friend of mine is a flight attendant and goes to China regularly where the electronic cigs are 3.00 (she bought the setup pack for her sister). Seems that the electronic cigs contain more nicotine. I figure for 3.00, I'll give it a try.
