  1. For me casting bullets doesn't make too much smoke, but I wouldn't do it in an apartment, even if they would let me.

Now the process of turning scrap into clean lead ingots is a different story, it creates a lot of smoke.

What kind of scrap do you have?

I started with a Coleman gasoline stove, but that's just because I had one. If you have to buy something get the propane burner from a turkey fryer.

Edit: reread the OP and saw that you have range scrap. Is it from a indoor or outdoor range?

  2. To go kinda with what bersaguy was saying... I have a '02 Blazer ZR2 and about 5 years ago the four wheel drive stopped working. I have a friend that is a Chevy mechanic, we checked everything and it turned out to be the rubber vacuum chamber under the battery. If memory, serves you push the button, it sends a signal, the rubber chamber expands/contracts, and pulls a rod that engages the 4x4.

    Hope this helps.
  3. Stop, stop, you're making too much sense.

    Seriously though, good work.

Your General Lee video is one of the funniest things I've ever seen.

I used to have a 12" plastic General Lee when I was a kid. I was jumping it down the steps one day and my momma yelled at me "Throw that thing down the steps one more time and I'll throw it in the trash!"

    I miss that toy. :)

  4. I think there's something wrong with your camera everybody's face pixilated. I have a digital antenna on my TV and when it looks like that I just yell at one of the kids, they jiggle the antenna, and that usually clears it up. Maybe you could try that with your camera?

  5. Since you brought up Instagram, here's a video that the younger guys might appreciate if their wife is an Instagram nut.

    Funny video.

So a Instagram husband is basically a hipster. I think those guys have bigger problems. :)
  6. My thoughts are just lack of discipline. . .probably on a re-holster as many of you have mentioned.  You would be surprised how many people shooting IDPA when they go to re-holster after a string, just slam the gun in the holster, get their jacket/shirt/vest caught in the way or whatever and instead of looking down to view the issue and fix it with their other hand, they just continue to blindly pull the gun in and out of the holster trying to get it placed properly.  On many instances the RO reaches a hand in to help pull the obstructing garment back.  This habit is bad enough with an empty gun, but how potentially tragic with a loaded gun.

We see the same people lol

You can never draw too fast and you can never holster too slow.
