  1. Looks like a pretty good concealed gun for ~$400.00 Gotta look at my Janes Book tonite to compare the weight with the 229 but Overall length is only 5.5inches which is awesome compared to almost everything out there.
  2. In all reality when you get past one longgun and one handgun your really just buyin for fun....well maybe two handguns since theres always dual wielding ....well the exception being you can write down or write off 2 firearms purchases per year in certain situations on your taxes:koolaid:
  3. That'd just be another gun you wouldnt ever shoot...how many you up to now
  4. Strick...obviously you are tacti-cool enough to understand
  5. Oh sure...im sure you meant N/A beverages LOL crackheads
  6. Very nice...that golf ball checkering is especially cool.
  7. yeah...might as well just get a well built ak
  8. no harm no foul Hi Points might work for some people but my limited experience says I would never trust my well being to one.
  9. Thats a nice lookin firearm you got there...I should be pickin up my 1st 1911 tonite :-D
  10. lol I had the P229 before I had the lo point...i just took the lo point in on a car trade to see what it would or in this case wouldnt do.
  11. I think people really worry about this way too much. I have yet to see anyone, myself included, have a single issue out of a Sig that was built in NH instead of W. Germany.
  12. lol i was just kiddin man...besides..I dont own a hi point much less a manual for one...i actually did have one a couple years back...for all of a week..that thing did nothin but jam continually..but for the first 3 rounds it was golden to 7 yds lol.
  13. ah ha...well that does make sense
  14. You sure the comp doesnt stand for COMPetition?
  15. I sent my paperwork on like 6/2/08 they cashed check on 6/6/08 10.5" that is a shorty....how much does that affect ballistics on the 5.56?
  16. Rifle Range is out to 300yds and its open from "dawn to dusk" it is a great place to go during the week or when its raining (the shooting benches are covered) cause no one is there...Sundays and saturdays are quite busy but everyone up there is real friendly...fyi the road is pretty bumpy so no low riders or sports cars...though my Lexus GS does fine. Your membership lasts from July to June then you have to renew and get a new key. Its a great deal.
  17. What size upper did you decide to go with 14"?
  18. Yeah still waiting on it...though Joe was nice enough to let me hold it last time i was up there lol If I decide to SBR my S-12 I can send all the forms off and enjoy the gun full length until they come back right..that way I dont lose use of the gun waiting for it to be cut?
  19. Very well put
  20. Have fun waiting im past the 2 month mark since they cashed my check...and you thought the HCP took a long time...
  21. Just admit it...your a stone cold killer looking to shoot some poor innocent kids that got tangled up with the wrong crowd and just dont know any better. Its a good thing you second guessed yourself...its says that you still have common sense and arent the vigilante type (not that I would have anything against you if you were )
  22. Well if its an 05 and she never uses it then its probably just needing adjustment...real cheap fix get someone to do it for you next time you have your tires rotated and balanced since they will have the wheels off anyways. Here in knoxville we have no inspections
  23. There is an actual rear emergency brake shoe/pad on most vehicles that people forget to replace over time...it could be worn out.
  24. Hahahaha....somethins gotta pay for my gun hobby...unfortunately it takes up so much time I dont get to shoot very often. For the non-church goin on Sunday types I am off then and also Wed's Anyone around e.tenn a member of Norris Gun Range? Its cheap and fun (only $25 per year)
