  1. The question you need to ask is - are you willing to pay for an online backup service? Or, how much data are you talking about? You may be able to use a free service. Remember, if you keep everything on a flash drive and there is a fire or some other disaster at your house, you're still likely to lose those pictures/data stored on the flash drive as well.
  2. "fun things to do in Chattanooga" ... drive right through it and keep going.
  3. Could also be that we have been conditioned to watching people, and those associated with, that do major crimes being covered by the media, all end up crucified. If someone in my family was to do something like that, be rest assured whoever it was, would be going right under the bus, the steam roller, and maybe even a bicycle or two.
  4. Royal range put on a free active shooter class last night, and the cops in there were saying if you're in civvies (even off-duty cops) during an active shooter incident, you do not have a gun in your hands around uniformed cops because it's a good way to end up dead.
  5. Does anyone think that woman's "analysis" warrants any credibility? LOL Her comments are as crazy as that interview itself.
  6. oops too slow - wingshooter got it
  7. can one of the admins kill this thread since it came out it's fake news?
  8. Dangit man... I was laughing about this for 10 minutes lol. Oh well, back to the gulags for you kaepernick!
  9. I'll stand for the anthem now, can I please, please just have my job back? - kneeling out of principle.. oh wait no paycheck? principles have mysteriously changed. https://sports.yahoo.com/kaepernick-says-stand-anthem-signed-team-172312994.html?.tsrc=new_fauxdal
  10. Apparently he also published Dakota Meyer's wife's phone number yesterday and had a bunch of people harassing her. Dakota put out a video statement this morning about it. Dan Brazilianwax sounds like he needs a good throat punch.
  11. A little more clarification on the NRA's stance http://www.breitbart.com/2nd-amendment/2017/10/05/nra-congress-let-atf-re-evaluate-bump-stocks-do-job-pass-national-reciprocity/ (and yes I know that some people are already angry before even reading the article)
  12. After almost 10 years it's time to replace the XD with an M&P for shoulder carry. Anyways, can anyone personally recommend a good quality leather shoulder holster that has an ammo pouch as well? The one I have now was a custom rig and the guy that made it has since passed. Don't really care about color, but it does need to be a horizontal draw.
  13. Ah here you go, looks like he deleted most of his stuff but someone else had it.
  14. Oh shoot he did even more, here's a vid of him rummaging through a police truck looking for a gun http://www.tmz.com/2017/10/05/dan-bilzerian-searches-cop-truck-vegas-shooting/ I'm still trying to find his own video of him driving back to his house to get a gun.
  15. Oh you haven't seen the other video? The dumbass was driving to his house to get weapons and go back on scene. I'll dig that up in a bit.
  16. This ####ing guy .... lucky he didn't end up with a few bullet holes in himself for trying to get his hands on a uniformed cop's sidearm because he's "qualified" https://www.funker530.com/dan-bilzerian/
  17. Honestly I'm surprised it has made it this long with all of those videos of people using hundreds of pounds of it to blow up stuff on youtube. That's on a whole different level than guns.
  18. I think you're reading too far into the lines - something is going to happen this time, be assured of that. Just like one day we woke up and it was then illegal to yell fire in a crowded theater, the 1st amendment was restricted. Why would we not want to try to control the situation as much as possible. The debate started too quickly after the incident and not a single person on here wishes it did. Almost all of the major constraints on rights happen after an incident when people act hastily. Pro-gun people weren't fighting the stocks on pistols restriction with even 1% of the fury they are fighting the bumpfire stock issue with and it has been going on for decades now. So why the uproar over a bumpfire stock? It's because this is the flavor of the day outrage; the same thing the left is guilty of participating in on a regular basis. Probably be best for all of us to hold off assumptions until more information is out, myself included.
  19. Exactly, this has way more benefits... And no one can seem to get anything passed right now so if it requires slipping it in on this kind of bill to get people to sign off then I say see 'ya later bumpfires! Make people feel the pain of a $200 tax stamp for them. Hell, maybe putting bumpfires on as a class III will get more people upset over the ridiculous application process and fees that it will create turmoil to look at that another day. Too early to say though. But if I have to go through that to put a stock on a pistol that literally makes zero difference in the weapon's performance as compared to a rifle, it's hard to make an argument why a bumpfire is exempt.
  20. Obviously this is a very opinionated topic that is pure speculation at this point. On a side note, with this level of rebuke the houses are putting up against the white house, I'm not sure anyone is playing on the same team.
  21. I don't think it's unreal. consider the situation as a whole - the dems have been frothing at the mouth since sandy hook with multiple bills already written just waiting for a crisis. They have been shot down at a 100% rate since then. We're not going to bat 1000 forever, so why not toss them a bit of bait?
  22. I think just about everyone is on board with this line of thinking, with a few on the fringes as always.
  23. honestly I have no issue with it at all, it's the same exact thing as attaching a $250 sliding stock to my MP5 and having to pay the $200 extortion...I mean stamp fee. Both are ridiculous, and while I hate to give any ground at all, if it keeps the eyes off semi-autos for a few years, then *poof* let slidefires be regulated.
  24. This entire slidefire debacle is nothing short of comical. No one wanted one at all until someone said something about a potential ban. Now the price has went up 500% LOL. With all of these slidefires being sold, do you all believe it would be a good time to invest in ammo companies before they arrive to the buyers?
