Well I can see we have a lot of guys that worry about the way they look, I dont worry about what other people think about the way I look, for I look like I am. Now I do understand about wanting to look good, but you dont ask guys about it. By the way, Does this typing make my fingers look fat?

State (CO) grants Secret Service vast new powers
RED333 replied to RED333's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
I had a meeting with my local Reps today, the ones there are with us on the 2nd. We have to get out the vote and get people in to help us. Bad part, it cost money to get the ones we want into office. The RINOS have money backers that will help them. -

Picked this up off Saiga 12 forum A bill is heading to Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper’s desk that Republican lawmakers say would give members of the Secret Service broad arrest powers in the state and could provide a framework for federal agents eventually to enforce gun restrictions. http://mobile.wnd.com/2013/03/state-grants-secret-service-vast-new-powers/ Sad shape we are in.

I did a search and did not find this on the forum. I get e-mail from the Tea Party and received this today. http://www.teaparty.org/pat-robertson-on-dhs-arms-build-up-who-are-they-going-to-shoot-us-22257/ Televangelist questions Big Sis bullet buys (Info Wars) – Televangelist Pat Robertson has become the latest prominent conservative to question why the Department of Homeland Security is engaged in an apparent arms build-up, asking if the 1.6 billion bullets purchased by the federal agency will be used against the American people. Speaking on his CBN broadcast yesterday, Robertson characterized the DHS ammo purchase and its acquisition of armored vehicles as “like something out of science fiction: long trains of full or armored vehicles, personnel carriers with armor.†“What are they for, the Army going into battle against the enemy?†asked Robertson. “They’re used by Homeland Security against us!†Robertson then quoted Ronald Reagan, “The most fearful statement in the English language is ‘I’m from the government and I’m here to help’.†“Imagine what Homeland Security is doing, it’s just awful,†he continued. “We’re going to talk about how much ammunition they’re stockpiling. Who are they going to shoot? Us?†I dont care how you feel about Pat Robertson, I dont follow him at all. It is a good read, short as well.

Received this in e-mail today. On Tuesday, April 2 at 2:30 p.m., the Senate Judiciary Committee will consider Senate Bill 108, legislation to keep confidential all information on those residents who possess a Tennessee Handgun Carry Permit (HCP). SB 108 would make confidential, and not open for public inspection, all information pertaining to an HCP application, renewal application and the status of an HCP holder. Tennesseans deserve the same protections that residents in 37 other states already enjoy due to Right-to-Carry confidentiality laws in place. Next week marks the third week that SB 108 will have remained stalled in committee, and this critical reform deserves a vote to advance it in the legislative process. Please contact members of the Senate Judiciary Committee today and encourage them to vote for Senate Bill 108. Respectfully urge members of this committee to protect the privacy of HCP holders in the Volunteer State by supporting SB 108 WITHOUT any carve outs for political campaigns. Senate Judiciary Committee: Senator Brian Kelsey (Chairman) 615-741-3036 sen.brian.kelsey@capitol.tn.gov Senator Doug Overbey (First Vice Chairman) 615-741-0981 sen.doug.overbey@capitol.tn.gov Senator Stacey Campfield (Second Vice Chairman) 615-741-1766 sen.stacey.campfield@capitol.tn.gov Senator Mike Bell 615-741-1946 sen.mike.bell@capitol.tn.gov Senator Lowe Finney 615-741-1810 sen.lowe.finney@capitol.tn.gov Senator Ophelia Ford 615-741-1767 sen.ophelia.ford@capitol.tn.gov Senator Todd Gardenhire 615-741-6682 sen.todd.gardenhire@capitol.tn.gov Senator Mark Green 615-741-2374 sen.mark.green@capitol.tn.gov Senator John Stevens (615) 741-4576 sen.john.stevens@capitol.tn.gov
