I would/will if the most prominent act they are committing is screwing every guy that wants in their pants. I don't care what their political beliefs are. Political beliefs NOT aside, I would be harsher over a "conservative" gal doing that because 'she should know better.' I call a spade a spade and a slut a slut.

Where's the proof of that? I guess Reagan did it all for the money, too? Same for Clint Eastwood's convention speech? Did Mitt wire him a billion dollars for that? Rupert Murdoch probably started FOX News for the money, too. Yeah, it's that simple, huh? If that's what it was all about, I would rather see people get rich spewing my beliefs than a bunch of thug athletes getting rich for what they can do with a ball.

Yep. I don't know where we'd be had Rush not come along and blazed a trail many have followed. So many critical elections have been won by razor thin margins. Without his impact, we probably would have lost a lot of races.

Based on some things I read during the primaries, I think if Romney wins and we do not have RINO control in Congress, Romney will have the potential to be more Reaganesque than GWB was. I know many said GWB was more like Reagan than his dad was. Outside his War on Terror, I don't think GWB was *that* Reaganesque. (In terms of character, I think GWB was every bit the man Reagan was.) Also, one is defined by their circumstances/situation and how they react to it/resolve it. Had we not had 9/11, GWB would have had very little "urgent" or critical work to do. He may have had more time to make more RINO mess. If Romney wins, his task is to remove the government shackles that's grappling our economy. That's the only real solution, and he knows it. I don't think that is possible to accomplish while RINOs keep stomping on us. I think/hope the RINOs will have to get in line with common sense. Post-Romney, or Romney 2nd term, and even further out than that, RINOs scare me. The Tea Party must keep their presence strong. RINOs are as despicable as the liberal Dems. It's like they want to be buddy-buddy with the Dems. They are just politically-correct duechebags.

That Brennan piece is rough. Someone needs to knock her off of her highhorse. I never liked Armstrong. I had a coworker that worshipped the guy. That just totally turned me off. But in the light that cycling is a sport full of dopers, what he did wasn't THAT bad. He excelled over all of the other dopers. If he had found a way go dope and not get caught, then win against a complete field of competitors that never touched a performance-enhancing drug, then yeah, he'd be one true low life.

I recall reading where one of the New England state's law says you must allow the intruder a clear path to retreat. Only if the intruder has the ability to retreat but chooses to attack you can you defend yourself with deadly force. I forgot that stat - how many feet a charging person can cover in 2.x seconds. You don't have time to stop and think, "Does this poor person in need of social rehabilitation have a path to leave my home? Is he going to turn and leave or is he going to run at me?" Most of us are good shots when that mean target is a few yards away. With adrenaline flowing in the heat of the moment, I'm not sure. I don't want to lose valuable time while obeying a stupid law. Thank God not all states are wacko.

I am fairly happy with the Uncle Mike's ankle holster. They come in different sizes for universal fit. No other brands I've seen online seem to be any better.

Most people have their head in the sand (or have their hand out) and do not realize what freedom really is. They sure don't appreciate it. There are plenty of smart, common sense people out there of varying beliefs that take our freedom for granted. So, they do not see what we see in certain actions by the government or political groups as slowly stripping us of our freedoms. Since in was in my early teens, I've absolutely loved muscle cars. At a relatively early age, I knew someday they would try to take away my gas-guzzling beauties in the name of saving the environment from us "gross polluters." It's very analogous to stripping gun rights/freedoms and "doing it for the children/etc." Sometimes I really wish we could separate the Red states from the Blue states and watch the Blue states turn into a 3rd world country. Thanks to my love of old cars, I hated liberals before I knew what liberals were. DON'T TREAD ON ME.
