We run indoor IDPA matches at Royal Range the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month. Pm me if you want and I'll get you some more info on our shoots as well as some other options in the area

Come out for the last match of November at Sumner Gun and Supply. The next match would fall right at Thanksgiving and lots of folks travel that week. Tn Action Pistol is hosting a plate rack challenge match at Sumner Gun & Supply Wednesday October 26th. Doors open at 5, first shots at 6pm. We will run double elimination, and one bonus round of 11 plates per side. Come out, bring plenty of ammo and blast some targets with us! Your brass inspection / QA is going to have to be top notch...ask me how I know. I took off the bullet feeder and auto drive as it took more time adjusting than actually loading. Deer moved all day where I sat. Never saw the first doe but saw 11 bucks. At least 7 different bucks. Makes me nervous about the rut though, no does may mean those guys I saw today may migrate Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

September SCHEDULE UPDATE! The days fell a bit strange this month and we realized several of the TAP team members are traveling to state and national matches. So we're going to have shoots on the following dates: September 1st - Royal Range September 15th - Royal Range September 21st - Sumner Gun & Supply Good luck to all of the other shooters who are also traveling to matches this month!

Bring out what you have Thursday to Royal. In general, most OWB holsters would be fine. Most single layer belts will be fine as long as they are 1.75" or smaller. 5.11 makes a good comp belt as do others. We like Master-Tac holsters, buy again there are many good ones out there. Thanks for chiming in Mark. We've been busy all week at the range setting up and testing everything in between storms that have hit every day... Reminder that hat the range is closed to spectators / non staff on Friday to allow for the staff to shoot and do our last minute prep for the show Saturday. Big thanks to all those that have come out to help. We couldn't have got all this done without the help! Also, directions to the range were sent out earlier this evening, as well as times to be there Saturday. Remember this is on TVA property, so please keep your firearms bagged and unloaded on the way into the range as we are subject to spot checks at random.
