  1. I don't believe for one second that companies would lower their prices. They would add it to their profit margins because that is what we are accustomed to paying.
  2. Odd, I've heard Kenney Rogers was an A-hole. Perhaps he was just having a bad day?
  3. Well, a boil is a Staphlococcus Aureus infection filled with pus - which I think describes him pretty well.
  4. If he's acquitted we'll see riots just as we did in the Rodney King fiasco. My estimation, (based on limited information), is that Zimmerman has just been roped into a huge legal debt just to temporarily appease the masses. I don't think that he could possibly get a fair trial, but if he's indeed acquited we all better be locked and loaded.
  5. I was thinking that he's more of a boil.
  6. So, she married a loser??
  7. Perhaps the circumstances or the years and relative anonymity changed her.
  8. This doesn't really count but I knew a fellow Marine that ran into Lynda Carter, (Wonder Woman), in Palm Springs and he said that she was a complete bee-otch. While riding my motorcycle back from Camp Pendleton to 29 Palms I passed this Jaguar with a license plate that read "Jaclyn." I looked at the driver and it was Jaclyn Smith from Charlie's Angels. I darn near wrecked my motorcycle.
  9. I have to admit that I felt a bit jaded. I sing bass as well, and he's the one that I really wanted to meet. I don't know the names of the group, but the little high tenor with the curly hair was extremely nice, and he's the one who told me that Richard liked to hide on the bus. He tipped well too.
  10. When I was a porter at a Holiday Inn next to Worlds Of Fun in 1978 I "met" Willie Aames, ("Tommy Bradford" from Eight Is Enough), and he was a complete A-hole that had me resisting the urge to beat the crap out of him. I also met the majority of The Oak Ridge Boys. Every one of them that I met were very nice. The bass not so much. He likes to hide from the public according to one of the group members.
  11. Mental issues that would have been corrected with the judicious application of a dose of lead had one of the victims been carrying.
  12. The smartest thing that the left ever did was to convince stupid people that they were smart if they agreed with them.
  13. The scrappin' is pretty much why I've shied away from this thread. People that have far more access to the evidence and witness testimonies will make the decision no matter what we think. To argue about it seems a bit silly to me.
  14. Not that my dog is in this fight but I saw it as a bit of a personal attack. Just say'n.
  15. For most of my 51 years I've viewed the Supreme Court through the lens of the 2nd Amendment, (they should have affirmed the 2nd Amendment years ago), and considered them pretty much so useless, but when controlled by the libs they become downright dangerous...period!
  16. Although this should surprise no one we should still be outraged.
  17. This!!And I view this thread as another whiney "If the majority don't think as I do I'm gonna pout" thread. IMHO you need to get over yourself. At this point the Supreme Court picks trump all other factors.
  18. Seems pretty effective to me.
  19. Sorry...corporations are a legal entity; not people. They are formed to protect the owners from personal liability and other things.
  20. Here's what I wrote to Harwell, Ramsey, the house and senate leaders, and my representatives: Re: http://www.wsmv.com/story/17344742/house-speaker-says-parking-lot-guns-bill-is-dead If this is article is true then it is really sad that you as leaders of the Republican party, (of which I am a member), think that the preamble to the United States Constitution reads We the Corporations of the United States rather than, “We the People of the United States…†and since I can’t count on the leadership of my own party to do what’s right then this is the wrong party for my vote. The property rights of an employer that opens their business to the public ends at my vehicle’s door. That’s my property; not theirs! It’s pretty darned sad that you all cannot even pass a simple law prohibiting an employer from compelling an employee into allowing them to search their vehicle for any reason. After all, if there’s probable cause to believe that a law has been broken by the employee then the police should be the ones searching the vehicle; not the employer. Since I cannot count on you then do not count on my support for you or the Republican Party!
