    Kel Tec PF 9

I paid $289 for my evil looking all black one.
  2. Same here. Never had any interaction with a peacock feather, someone must have played a good joke on him.

    Home-Defense Shotgun

My 870 with an 18 inch barrel is made for slugs and buckshot. No rifling at all.
  4. Same here. Chamber empty, action closed but unlocked. I'd rather rack the slide and let them know what's on the way. Remington 870 - 18-1/2" Barrel
  5. Wow...great work guys!
  6. Tell me about it. I wish I had been a member here before I spent so many hours researching holster manufacturers. This list is the most complete one I have found.
  7. Huh...guess the pistol cases had my attention.

    "Creek" gun?

I have a Thunder Five that I use. Its pretty heavy but the .410 shells don't mind the water and have never failed to fire.
  9. Nice. Where did you find the hat? I was there today and didn't see them.

    grannys gun

My grandmother left me on almost exactly like that. The only difference is that the barrel is longer. She called it something like a "squeezer .38"? Does your also have a safety on the backstrap of the grip?
  11. If an intruder notices me retreating, he should do the same. It just means I'm coming right back with something bigger.
  12. I have an Eclipse ProII. It has never had a problem firing or ejecting anything. The only FTE I have ever had with it was due to a crappy Promag magazine that I bought. Once I went back to the factory magazine it cycled perfectly.
  13. I'm glad to hear that 4H still teaches marksmanship. I still remember going to 4H camp in the summer and shooting little bolt action .22's.
  14. Sweet!! Will the Sig cycle subsonic ammo like CB's?
  15. This reminds me why I didn't choose Political Science as a major in college.
  16. Yep they look identical. There is a firing pin for each barrel. The mechanism on mine alternates top/bottom. You can hear a distinct "click" when pulling the hammer back when it is set to fire the lower barrel.
  17. That's funny stuff!! Almost as bad as the guy down the street from me that called the Sheriff because a kid was riding him 4 wheeler down the street making too much noise. The kid was like 6 years old and the 4 wheeler might have been 50cc. You woulda thought the Hells Angels were coming through the way he acted!!
  18. I have one if them myself. I think OhShoot is correct. Make sure it's on half cock before you load and close. That can keep it from closing and go bang!! (don't ask...damn thing scared the crap outta me and burned my hand pretty bad too) Not sure why you can't load both barrels though. Is one of the ejectors bent or shifted out of place?

    Pro Mag magazines

I have 2 for my 1911 that are worse than crap.
  20. Yeah....but no one would notice anything different around MTSU.
  21. Personally...I would say both. I hope to start IDPA myself.
  22. Letter rip!! Rutherford County doesn't have a noise ordinance. If you are in a subdivision there might be some type of restrictive covenance that might address noise but the Sheriff's department can't enforce it.
  23. $1,500+ binoculars for $550 or reasonable offer...smells fishy to me.
  24. He has turned mine around REALLY fast. I dropped my Kimber off on Saturday the 27th and everything was ready by Tuesday the 30th. This is the second holster and the third belt I have bought from him and the turnaround has always been awesome.
