  1. Cool. I haven't had the best of luck with Coleman's recent products but I'll take a look at it for sure.
  2. I work for the local government now. I will say that working for the public is not what many people would like to think. It has definitely made me realize that the world is a much bigger place that I ever thought it was, everyone is different and has their own concepts of how "things" should work, and that most people just want you to listen and treat them respectfully, even if you can't help them. Should Citizenship require a term of service? I think yes. In some shape form or fashion but definitely not limited to military, police, or fire departments.
  3. I didn't make the comment, just knew someone would.
  4. Cool. Glad to hear of another range opening. I hope this is a sign of more good things to come!!
  5. Does anyone have one of these? I'm looking for a good, bright, light that can take some abuse. I like the Surefire but they seem overpriced, This LED model has 4 settings and is 200 lumens on the brightest setting. Any suggestions or opinions? I'm going to keep one in my car and another by the bed. Is 200 lumens bright enough to clearly see an intruder in the dark?

    Uselton Arms!

It's the same email address listed on Useltons web site under "Contact Us" So does he have an issue with Free Speech too?
  7. There are ways to get out of paying taxes. You just have to be prepared for the consequences. You can claim a religious exemption and not pay SS or medicare (I think) BUT you can NEVER file a claim and draw either. Personally I'm not qualified to be a clergyman and have no interest in becoming qualified. You can claim anything you want on your W2. Claim 6 or 60, whatever. In the past I just checked the little box that states that I didn't owe taxes last year and I don't expect to this year (Intern in college, broke didn't even describe it). Your employer won't deduct FICA but you will still owe it all at the end of the year regardless of what you put on the form. Personally I don't mind paying some of the taxes. I understand that roads, sanitary water and sewer, electricity, etc. all cost money to install and maintain. With that said, I think that the school systems think that throwing more money at a problem is the solution to all problems. I have a problem with that. For god's sake expand a school before you build a new one, just ONCE, please. And I don't mean throw another trailer out back and use it for a classroom either. Sorry - different rant.
  8. Congrats, Welcome, and lets see some pics of that beauty!!!

    Uselton Arms!

on a serious note, anyone reading here, go to Useltons yourself, and make your own opinion, they must be doing something right with 400 very happy members. oh and I'm just a rare elated customer... Did that...He's an ass. Went there before I was a member or had ever visited this board. Maybe if he wasn't so arrogant and such a jerk people would have a different opinion.

Thanks for your service. From what I have read they are ruthless. Be careful out there.
  11. LOL...I knew it was coming...just didn't know when!!
  12. Man. Sorry to hear that. The same thing happened to my neighbor. Except they got about 30k worth of equipment with it.
  13. I had my new XD(m) 9mm at On Target last night and shot about 100 flawless rounds through it. No malfunctions at all. But the majority of my rounds hit about 2 inches left and 2-3 inches lower that my point of aim. I tried really concentrating on my breathing, trigger pull, grip, location of my finger on the trigger. Nothing changed significantly. Could it be the sights or do you think I'm some component of how I am shooting the pistol? I have never really had this problem before.
  14. Ummm....maybe the IRS should review him. Seems he is under the misconception that paying taxes is...wait for it....voluntary...lmao. Yeah, next time I want to buy a car I'll try that line. I can see it now. Mr. Car Dealer, don't worry about those sales taxes, there only voluntary dont ya know...ppppbbbttt whatever. I lost brain cells watching this.
  15. Ok...I know this sounds crazy but...have you tried WD40? I used to label the racks in our warehouse using stencils and spray paint. When I needed to change the label I would just hit it with WD40 and let it sit for a couple of minutes. It came off pretty easily.
  16. Wish I could tell you. They aren't open on the weekend at all. I ended up buying 9mm at Wal Mart in Florence. At least you save the $.10 tax per box and the sales tax is also slightly lower there compared to Murfreesboro.
  17. Nice...HK's are soooo tempting. I must stay away from them....for now.
  18. Sounds relaxing. I can't wait to get started. Just got my press wednesday...but the dies are on backorder...ugh
  19. There were two at the Saddle Shop about a week or so ago.
  20. Man...I just want to know what they use for fertilizer up there that they can get MP40's to grow!! I can't even get grass to grow half the time...lol;)
  21. Run away. Far, Far, Away. Don't look back....keep going.
  22. Very Nice!!! I'm having a similar rifle built. What type of bipod is that?
