Stevens Model 240 This is a prewar over/under 410 Rare wood stock variation According to my research there are less than 15000 ever mfg between the late 30's and early 40's Double triggers, double hammers Fantastic condition Squirrels will scatter when they see you coming More pics available but it really needs to be seen in person $850 Trades would have to be something I want for the collection East Tn but travel/ shipping is an option

These days it would be some obscure pieces like a S&W 547, 13-3 3" in nickel, cs1 686 3" , Coonan 357, Timberwolf in 357, etc. Oddball stuff

Hope you got deep pockets if you're coming east of Knoxville. Jefferson,Cocke,Grainger,Sevier,Greene, etc . Ridiculously inflated values are the new norm.

Is it wrong to keep guns you have no interest in for sentiment reasons?
FUJIMO replied to pssman308's topic in General Chat
Nothing wrong with it in my opinion. I have the 1st rifle I ever shot. But I had to purchase my grandfathers entire collection from the "estate" to get it. 100% worth it
