Agreed but draining the account will make it go negative if nothing is done and they debit the account. Then you'll have more crap to deal with. If you ignore it, they will eventually send it to collections. It's a never ending pile of BS.

Most likely there's a "pending" action on the account and they will not let you close it. If you are able to close it. they may come after ya later.

The only problem I have with changing banks is the fact that sooner or later their all going to burn ya. It's always something. Hours, People, Policy, Fee's, you name it.. I have been with Regions for the past several years and don't plan on changing again. It's just not worth the trouble anymore.

hokie is an understatement. Personally I feel these badges, id's and other items are for vanity only. they serve no other purpose. the only item one needs is the HCP itself.

Banks piss me off. SOB's So many times I go to deposit something and I get some stupid question like where did ya get that check? Ya know.. Who cares where I got it. It's got my name on it, Its properly endorsed, just deposit the damn thing already. If it's bad we'll know it within a day or two. SOB's held a 25k cashiers check from another local bank several years ago for over a week. They didn't tell me. I had **** bouncing all over everywhere. Like to have never got all that cleared up. Is there a word for going postal on banks? Bonkers maybe?

Call one of the tv stations. maybe one of them will investigate this. This is exactly the type of crap that has the banking industry in the shape it's in. Lack of accountibility and lack of good manageent.

I don't buy it. I would ask to not only see the records of the deposits for that day but also the tapes and access logs from the ATM. You shouldn't have to reproduce these things. Items don't just vannish or get destoried. Force them to track it down.

I either carry my P3AT in my pocket or if I happen to feel like carrying something larger I open carry on the hip.

It's called supply and demand. Late last year I decided I wanted a pocket 380. Nobody had anything so I ordered two. The P3AT and the LCP. I figured I would keep the one I liked and sell the other. They both came in about the same time, almost 3 weeks later. After shooting 3 clips in each of CCI blazer and my handloads the LCP lost. It had 2 FTF's in each clip. The P3AT was flawless. So with that I decided to part with the LCP. I paid 299+tax+tics for the P3AT and 329+tax+tics for the LCP. I the took the LCP with me to the show in nashville (can't remember which one) and sold it to a vendor for $370. He probably resold it for over 400. It sure is crazy times right now. Hot items are selling way over msrp and if you want it.. you'll either pay the piper or wait. It sucks to pay too much. But hey.. We all do it at one point or another and the vendors count on it. It doesn't matter if you do the research or not. It's the "want" factor. I have been to nearly every show the last two/three months looking for a specific item. I did finally see one.. but there was no way in hell I was paying the price. I want one.. but not that bad. I can wait. Cover your wallet folks.. it's only going to get worse!

Yeah and you have to watch too. I ordered some .38 specials a few weeks ago, said in stock and after a week and no shipping notice I called. They said their web site didn't update and it was all backordered. My cc was charged on the day of the order. I asked for a refund right away and told them they should have run a credit when it was backordered and recharged when shipped. Needless to say I wont be using that co.. anymore.

I always have it delivered at home. However, my UPS guy has by mistake left things with my neighbor. Good thing their family and honest... The only time you have problems if something comes with signature required. Anything I have ordered isn't shipped with that restriction.
