I would go either 19 or the 17 with leaning more towards the 19. I really enjoyed mine for the size when I had it but sold it to get a 45. I could be wrong but I found having the slide milled let the optic sit lower than getting an MOS version. Holosun does make an MOS specific optic which does alleviate that problem. Not sure if you have the regular 43 or the 43x but if you only have the regular 43 then I would recommend the 43x or 48. They are slightly smaller than the 19 and with the shield mags they can run 15+1 rounds.

There is also the mossberg mvp in .223. I used to have the .308 version and thought it was good. It does take ar/stanag pattern mags.

I have no experience with them but console vault looks neat. It would go into your center console and then gets screwed into the console. A little bit easier access than a box under the seat but I also imagine anyone breaking into the car is going to open up the console lid and see the locked safe. https://www.consolevault.com/

Without a doubt my favorite is my Staccato C2 with holosun 508t.

The reviews do seem lacking for the armor. I would point out that they claim their armor is tested to "NIJ Standard 0101.6 and beyond," but they don't actually appear to be tested by anyone other than the company themselves.

I am a fan of the LMT SOPMOD and the B5 systems SOPMOD enhanced if you want adjustable. I liked the magpul PRS when I had it and would recommend it for a foxed stock. I haven't messed with the light version but it looks good and seems to get good reviews.

I don't have any experience with that particular model but folding stocks typically make it easier to transport and can make it easier to wield in small quarters at the expense of stability. The ones I have used haven't impressed me much, I would rather a fixed stock shotgun for general purpose or one of the AOW shotguns for breaching if that was your thing.

I picked up one of the geissele springs during a black friday sale and really like it. Still pricey on sale but much better than the MSRP if that is a route you want to go. If not, I would go H4 or maybe do a sprinco spring.

I have enjoyed running optics with a 1.93in riser and with that Unity makes a flip down mount for most magnifiers as opposed to a flip to side. Not for everyone but another option.

I have a firedot duplex on a vx-6hd and I am a fan of it. Pretty simple which is exactly what I wanted for its intended purpose.

I just moved from North Carolina to Ft. Campbell (the TN side). I was apart of a similar forum in NC and am looking forward to being able to have the same community of sorts here. I mostly deal on the more "tactical" side of guns and accessories but would like to get into more precision shooting and reloading.
